Your tour guide will be wearing a dark blue 'Vox City' uniform The guided walking tour is approximately 4 hours long with a 15-minute break, and the tour will depart at the time you have booked. Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible Please note if you have booked the 4pm slot, you can join the Alfama tour the next day at either 9:45AM or 11:45AM Download the sightseeing app prior to arrival by scanning the QR code on your voucher
