I was really looking forward to trying this place because of the great reviews, but overall it didn’t quite meet my expectations. When I received the menu, I wasn’t informed that some dishes were unavailable. After a bit of a long wait, I was told that the dish I wanted wasn’t available, which was a little disappointing. It would have been helpful to know that from the beginning. The waiting time in general felt longer than expected, and the food was okay, it was good, but nothing that really stood out. The staff were fine as well, though the experience didn’t feel especially memorable. On the positive side, the decoration is very cute and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
We came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday 🎂 The food, service and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Sardines and octopus were so delicious, the decoration is so vibrant that we’re immersed in the jungle with the gorillas. 😜 Our waitress Bia, and her team, went above and beyond in order to make this experience as seamless as possible. A real treat and surprise with candles and birthday song played in the background then the whole restaurant joined in clapping with us. 🎉 the birthday boy got a free mojito drink in a gorilla bowl too haha!! One of our Best moments in Lisbon for sure! 🇵🇹 We would love to be back for our visit next time! 🍽️
Excellent restaurant. The food and service is really great. Bia is really nice and friendly and accommodating. All of the food are really delicious. We tried paellas and they are the best. I highly recommend this place. The food is affordable also. The restaurant also has cool and pretty interior.
Came across this restaurant by chance - was strolling around the city and got so hungry that couldn’t carry on walking anymore to another place I had in mind, so went here. Oh my god WHAT a FIND that was! I had padron peppers (pic) and picanha steak. The starter was incredible, the combination of tastes and the freshness of the ingredients - I couldnt believe how good it was. Steaks arrived also very juicy, aromatic and with bowl of crispy fries. Everything was just ideal. All in all with 2 coffees, water, starter and main it came to only 40 euros, which for the quality of food, location and service is nothing! I wanted to also point out Helena’s great work, who was my waitress - very attentive, warm and efficient. Made my morning after the bitter aftertaste I had left after my attempt to have breakfast in a vegan coffee shop earlier that day. Highly recommend the place, must go if youre in lisbon! Massive thank you to the whole team - you guys make the difference and not charging a fortune for that. Thank you 🙏
Very good food and nice atmosphere! The portio s are big and tasy. I really enjoyed it! The code fish was delicious and the plating was over expectation. I recommend it!
