One of the best terraces in Cais do Sodré to sit back and enjoy Lisbon. The location is hard to beat. You get great views of the river, live music at times, and a very lively atmosphere with people relaxing along the waterfront. Of course, this comes at a cost. Prices are definitely on the higher side. For example, a 0.5L Somersby (with quite a lot of ice) was €6, while you can find the same drink nearby for around €4. That said, considering the location, it’s not completely unreasonable. The service was fast and efficient, which is always appreciated, especially when the place gets busy. Keep in mind that during peak hours it can be hard to find a table or a sunbed, so timing matters. Also, I’d recommend sticking to simple drinks, as more elaborate cocktails don’t seem to be their strong point based on both our experience and other reviews. Overall, a great spot to enjoy the vibe of Lisbon by the river.
We stopped here three times on our visit to Lisbon. We have been before and we will definitely be back. The views, the atmosphere and the service are hard to beat! Igor was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way on two separate occasions to help us get a seat with our little girl. The first day we had ordered food and we only had a spot on the wall, so he moved us to a table once one became free. The next day, we were sitting in the sun and he moved us to a table in the shade when one became available. We were so grateful. This is definitely service that goes the extra mile!
