I’ll start by saying that this was by far the most impressive experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant of this kind. The location is spectacular, the staff is extremely attentive, well trained and very kind. In general, the staff in these types of restaurants are well prepared, but often too “rigid.” That was not the case here they smiled, presented everything beautifully, and served impeccably. The chef is certainly someone with strong roots, who tried to take us, like a Portuguese navigator, across all the seas. We traveled through cuisines from all over the world with an explosion of flavors. A fantastic experience , but no matter how hard I try to put it into words, I can’t fully capture it. You simply have to try it for yourself!
This restaurant was on my radar for some time and I am glad I was finally able to dine here. The food was superb from start to finish. Almost the entire tasting menu was made of seafood which was a great delight for me, and the variety of flavors and ethnic backgrounds that they came from made for a wonderful experience. You had flavors of Portugal, Thailand, Japan, India, France, and a few others. Each dish was delicate, yet packed full of flavor which really enhanced the natural flavors of the meat and seafood used in each dish. I ordered one of their wine pairing sets with my dinner and the wines they selected were great and I really enjoyed it. The explanations of the dishes and wines were top notch as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my dinner here.
No words can describe the food experience we had at this unique restaurant. The chef is outstanding and bold in his approach to cooking and blending flavors from all over the world. Their service is impeccable and Tiago is an asset to this restaurant along with our sommelier Marc who knew just the perfect wines that would enhance our menu and experience. We went with 12 moments menu and could not stop saying “we just loved this dish and it’s the best we tasted ever” … after every single course! We were mind blown by the taste and techniques used in each course, every bite had complex flavors and we could taste the time, effort and thoughtfulness that went into planning each course. After our dinner, we were so excited that the chef even invited us to his kitchen and we interacted with the talented team. Being a food enthusiast and knowing something about working in such a high quality restaurant I was so grateful to have had this opportunity in witnessing the behind the scenes. It truly made my day! And I must say that I was so impressed with how humble the chef and his team were, we connected so easily and absolutely felt at home after talking to them. I cannot wait to visit Lisbon once again to dine with them again and again!
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you feel special. The service was fantastic. Personable, responsive and attentive... just the right amount of attention. They are careful not to interrupt conversation. The courses aka moments were all exceptional. We had the 14 moments with the Portugal wine tasting. The views are awesome, the restrooms well appointed and the decor fitting for the space.
We had an amazing experience here starting with the dedicated elevator ride that takes you to the restaurant. I would highly recommend going before sunset to take advantage of the spectacular view. The whole evening we were well looked after and everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere is very professional but not stuffy - we felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun! The food was interesting and delicious, so much attention to detail and thought put into every serving. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to come here!
