Good place for a lunch bite in Belém. Pica-pau was tasty as was my wife's scabbard fish. Decent service. Place is quite busy
Small place with indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. It gets busy so you may have a wait. I had the grilled scabbard, and my husband had the pica-pau with french fries. Both meals were good.
I had a 30+ minutes wait here, but so worth it!! Food was amazing, fresh seafood. Staff were so nice and I can tell how much they cared about customers and did their best to be time efficient as much as possible since the restaurant was packed! While I was eating, there was still a queue waiting outside too. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Belém.
Simple, clean local restaurant with delicious food! We ordered the shrimp with rice for one person, but the portion was much bigger than I expected. We also had the grilled sea bass, and everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
I’ve been here a few times for grilled fish. This one is the rarely found traditional Portuguese restaurant in a super touristy zone at a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly, always packed in lunch time but evening is quiet when tourists go back home. However, this time I tried their seafood rice. I was surprised finding the shrimp is cold, they cooked the rice in advance( very likely in a big batch) then adding shrimp on top. It doesn’t taste bad but I’d prefer the fresh cooked one with all seafood integrated in the flavour
