Amaaaazing restaurant. Was walking past and decided to head in, waited approx 15 minutes for a table to become free and got water front views. Staff were lovely and service was fantastic. Our last evening in Lisbon became one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip, and SUD Lisboa was the reason. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere is elegant, and the food absolutely lives up to the reputation. But what made the night unforgettable was not only what was on the table, it was the way we were treated from the moment we arrived. My husband has ALS, so a dinner experience requires a little more thought and sensitivity than most people may realize. We needed to be seated in a way that allowed me to comfortably help him eat, and although the outside section was essentially already closed, the team never once made us feel like this was an inconvenience. Instead, they handled it with such quiet grace and generosity that we felt immediately welcomed and cared for. João was the first to take care of us, even though he was already close to the end of his shift. He stayed as long as he could and brought so much warmth, patience, and attentiveness to the beginning of our evening. Then Inês Fontes stepped in and extended her section so we could continue to be looked after with the same level of care. It was seamless, thoughtful, and deeply human. One small moment captured the entire spirit of the evening. My husband had ordered soup, and the spoon they served it with made it so much easier for me to help feed him. It may sound like a tiny detail, but for us, it meant everything. We loved the spoon so much that we asked if there was any chance we could buy one. Instead, Jolanda came over and handed us four. It was such a generous gesture, and one we will never forget. Before leaving, we had asked to speak with the manager, Jolanda, because we truly wanted her to know how exceptional her team had been. What made it even more meaningful was hearing from the staff how supported they feel by her. When Jolanda came to speak with us, it was immediately clear why. She was gracious, present, and kind enough to show us more of the restaurant. You could feel that SUD is not just a place she manages; it is something she genuinely cares about. The food was beautiful. The restaurant itself is stunning. But what we will remember most is how we felt there: welcomed, accommodated, respected, and truly cared for. SUD Lisboa gave us far more than a wonderful dinner. They gave us a final night in Lisbon that we will carry with us for a very long time.

Beautiful location Food is really nice, the vibes are good. The view is amazing. You also have the rooftop with a swimming pool and you can have nice cocktails there. The drinks are on expensive side, 7 euros for a Coca Cola is a lot. The pasta pesto is the best, its really Delicious. The service is not on point cause there's a few inexperienced staff members there and some other staff members are not so friendly. There's live music, someone singing which is pleasant. The only point that needs urgent approvement is the staff.

The food was delicious. The sea bass was soft and moist and cooked perfectly. The mushroom Rosita was even better yet. My wife’s food came out over 10 mins after my food. So clearly the kitchen is unable to handle orders and processes then in a timely manner. This friction point should be resolved by management. By the time her food came mine was cold. Very disappointing considering how attentive the staff was at the beginning of our experience. The price was about about 90€ per person. So I would truly spend my money elsewhere until this brand can elevate the experience for the entire meal and fire the food all the same time.
