In this experience carried out on one of the magnificent white sand beaches of Costa da Caparica, the basic principles of surfing, paddling techniques, positioning on the board, standing up and safety techniques will be covered by experienced and fun instructors, in a totally safe and controlled environment. This will be the perfect way to introduce you to the world of surfing in Portugal.
