Description
Meet your guide at the shop for check-in and helmet fitting before starting with a hands-on Segway training session. The staff will assist you until you feel confident navigating the charming streets.
The tour begins near the training area and heads to Terreiro do Paço, a historic square linked to the Age of Discoveries and famous explorers.
Next, the route continues to the upscale Chiado district, known for its shops and vintage stores, then climbs to Largo do Carmo square, overlooking the old Carmo Monastery, a site partially destroyed in the 1755 earthquake.
The ride descends towards Lisbon’s Downtown, renowned for its lively commerce, cafés, traditional liquor shops, and distinctive Portuguese stone pavements (calçada). The tour concludes passing through 18th-century architecture and areas featuring the classic yellow electric trams.
