Get ready for an unforgettable surf experience in Praia do Castelo, Costa da Caparica!
Each lesson is tailored to your individual level, goals, and personal strengths — from complete beginners to advanced surfers. You’ll receive focused, one-on-one coaching designed to build solid motor skills and improve your technique step by step.
Our experienced instructors will also guide you in understanding the ocean — reading waves, identifying safe zones, and making smart decisions in the lineup — so you can surf confidently and safely.
The class takes place right on Praia do Castelo, lasts around 2 hours, and includes all the gear you need: surfboard, wetsuit, and full insurance.

Important Information
- Arrival time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to check in, change into your wetsuit, and receive a short safety briefing
- Meeting point: All lessons take place at Praia do Castelo, Costa da Caparica
- Weather & ocean conditions: Surf lessons depend on the ocean and weather conditions. In the rare case of unsafe waves, strong winds, or storms, your class may be rescheduled or canceled. You will be informed in advance, and an alternative date or full refund will be offered
- Age & ability: Minimum age is 8 years old. All participants must be able to swim confidently and feel comfortable in the ocean
- Group size: We keep our groups small to guarantee personal attention and safety for everyone. Private or semi-private lessons are also available upon request
- What to bring: Please bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water, and a smile! All surf equipment (board, wetsuit) and sports insurance are included in the price
