Description
Only tour in Sintra with guided tour inside the main monuments in the same day: Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira.
We will visit Serra de Sintra or Mons Lunae as the Romans used to say, where mysticism persists to this day. We'll start with a guided tour of an authentic fairytale palace, Pena Palace. Afterwards, we will head to Quinta da Regaleira to explore the Initiatic Well and learn about the history behind its exotic gardens, enigmatic caves and Masonic architecture. Then, we will explore the narrow streets of vila de Sintra and give you free time to have lunch and try the typical sweets of the region (travesseiro) in the famous pastry shop 'Piriquita'. After lunch, We will cross the mountain, passing through the villages around it, to reach Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe.
