Begin in Setúbal at Mercado do Livramento, often praised as one of the world’s finest fish markets, a vibrant introduction to the region’s gastronomy and daily life. Taste traditional Portuguese cheese and artisan bread while discovering how local flavors naturally complement the wines you’ll explore throughout the day.
The heart of the experience is your visit to two of the region’s most renowned wineries: José Maria da Fonseca, the historic producer behind Portugal’s first bottled red wine and the iconic Moscatel de Setúbal, and Bacalhôa, known for its refined wines, impressive cellars, and unique artistic heritage.
