Description
You will be picked up from Lisbon city center and driven 30 to 45 minutes to the best surf spot depending on weather and wave conditions. Possible locations include beaches near Lisbon, Cascais, or Costa da Caparica.
The lesson begins with putting on wetsuits, followed by a safety briefing and warm-up. Then, enjoy 1.5 hours of guided surfing with an instructor who maintains a ratio of one instructor per five students in a small group setting.
Beginners will be guided to safe surf spots and assisted throughout the session. Surfers with previous experience receive personalized coaching to catch more waves and improve technique.
The instructor is a local surfer and certified professional since 2016, holding Level I and Level II surf coaching certifications from Lusófona University and the National Surfing Federation.
After the lesson, you will be returned to Lisbon city center.
