- The tuktuk has a significant step, making it challenging for those with mobility issues (especially knee and joint problems). Please also note that the tour is not wheelchair accessible. If this applies to you, we recommend considering alternatives for your comfort. Lisbon streets, often paved with cobblestones, can be uneven. Although our guides are careful, clients with back or neck problems may find the movements during the tour uncomfortable
