Description
Explore the geo-monument of Fenda da Arrábida within Arrábida Natural Park, featuring caves and towering rock walls surrounded by endemic flora. Located between Sesimbra and Setúbal, less than an hour from Lisbon, this site offers a unique Via-Ferrata and abseiling experience guided by specialists with over 30 years in nature and adventure sports.
The activity begins with a safety briefing and equipment introduction, followed by transport by van to the starting point. During the journey and the route, you will learn about the area's fauna, flora, and geology while navigating various obstacles using climbing, abseiling, and horizontal and vertical Via-Ferrata techniques. You will be fully supported by experienced, accredited instructors equipped with all necessary safety gear.
