Absolutely fantastic vegetarian and vegan restaurant!!! The food is flavourfull , colourful , appealing and so healthy and fresh . The price has gone up the last year it used to be 12 euros for lunch now 16 which is a shame . The portion can be a bit small , and most importantly... The location has also changed they have a beautiful roof top and I personally preferred their other serving location!!! Overall great environment and beautiful food.
The owner is a friendly, nice, welcoming and charismatic woman. The food is great! So colourful and unique. Loved the fresh lemonade. Highly recommend it 🍋 There are so many lovely places to sit and the facilities are simply spectacular. Excellent for vegetarians and vegans! Not a place to miss out on your trip to Cascais 🇵🇹
Highly recommend House of Wonders! The visual menu is a great concept and the food is delicious! The food was very fresh with generous portion sizes. The staff were super friendly, helpful and inviting. It’s a great gem hidden away in the laneway with a relaxed rooftop terrace upstairs too! Enjoy!
The colourful decor of this restaurant drew me in. They only have a visual menu (watch video) which is only accessible inside. The visual menu is each dish premade on display. It was cool and different but I didn’t love that I had to be walked through each dish and couldn’t just look at a written menu. I got some kind of fruit and vegetable bowl it I couldn’t tell you what it’s called since there’s no menu. However, the bowl was a 10/10. I was hesitant to order it at first as it had so many different ingredients and flavours that I thought it would clash. But to my surprise it was delicious, fresh, filling and flavourful. It had sweet potatoes, beets, lettuce, chickpeas, apples, pomegranate, mango, Radishes, tomatoes, mandarins and more! This was the perfect meal for a hot day on the beach. I docked a star as the restaurant didn’t seem the cleanest and I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a written menu. But my bowl was amazing!
This is an amazing place. No menus, you actually pick with your eyes from a aelection of premade dishes that are then made freshly in the kitchen. The pricing is simple as well. One price for all starters, one price for all main courses and so on. The juices are also good and refreshing. The owner and staff as so helpfull and friendly. We visited twice and I would have gone every night, but my wife wanted a change😅. If you like the od vegie dish or like vegitarian food this is a haven.
