Our experience at Almadrava was truly spectacular—the food was, quite frankly, really, really good. Every dish we ordered was a masterclass in fresh, vibrant, coastal flavors: The Mussels: These were beautifully prepared and topped with a bright, citrusy relish that perfectly complemented the shellfish. The Heirloom Tomato Salad: A vibrant, refreshing highlight of the meal, featuring ripe tomatoes, citrus segments, and fresh herbs that felt incredibly high-quality. The Oysters: These were served impeccably chilled, with just the right touch of heat from the fresh chili to accentuate their natural salinity. Beyond the stellar food, the service was absolute perfection. We had a super nice waiter who took such excellent care of us throughout the entire time, making the experience feel even more special and welcoming. If you are looking for an exceptional meal paired with top-tier service, Almadrava is a must-visit.
Really, really good food with heart — nothing overly fancy, but soul food that makes you happy. The menu is perfectly sized: not so many dishes that you get overwhelmed, but still enough great choices to make you want to come back and try more. Everything felt authentic, comforting, and full of flavour. The service was lovely as well: warm, friendly, and attentive without being too much. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, exactly the kind of place where you want to sit down, eat well, and enjoy the evening. A genuinely lovely spot for delicious food.
Highlight of our trip! The seafood plate is a must. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, we especially loved the mussels and were surprised with how much tuna it had. Thanks to their recommendation, we also got the anchovy on cheese toasts and the tuna steak - both better than we could have imagined! The anchovy toasts I still think about to this day and the tuna was perfectly cooked with the most flavorful sauce. We also got a glass of the house wine which was the cherry on top of 3 great meals. Wish we had room for desserts! Service was impeccable and very welcoming - would advise to get everything they recommend!
