Amazing place with local vibes and excellent Portuguese food! The waiter was a fantastic guy who helped us with the menu. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and the taste was excellent. Book before you go, because it's small and gets busy really quickly.
Probably one of the best restaurants in Lisbon. don’t fall for tourist traps, come to the real authentic Portuguese cousine right here. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food should have a Michelin star for sure because it’s unreal.
If you want an authentic Portuguese dining experience, this traditional restaurant is a must-visit in Lisbon. The service is super good and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere inside is so warm and lively, with people happily chit-chatting with each other, making you feel right at home.We ordered the grilled octopus, and it was super delicious—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. We also tried the shrimp with fries; the sauce was absolutely excellent, and we couldn't get enough of it!It invites you to an excellent dining experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great hospitality and top-tier local food!
A gem of a place for reasonably priced authentic Portuguese food. Everything we ordered was spot on. If you are a spice buff like me, you will be amazed by their house piri piri sauce. Highly recommend. Cash payment only so carry cash and make a reservation ahead.
Such a cool place — I feel really lucky it was just around the corner from my Airbnb this trip. They only take reservations over the phone or in person (no online booking), and they open at 6:30. I showed up at 6:32 asking if I could eat quickly — the host was hesitant but kindly let me in. It’s tiny inside, maybe 20 seats, with charming old-school decor covering the walls. It’s got that true mom-and-pop feel where you just know the food’s going to be good before the first bite. I’m traveling solo so couldn’t order too much, but everything I had was amazing — the shrimp (catch of the day) was lightly fried and served with onions, and the cod was absolutely sensational. Super unique preparation and highly recommended.
