Important Information

• The pick-up point for the 1- and 2-hour tours will be mandatory at Travessa do Carvalho 25 (where Library A+A is located, in the vicinity of the Time Out Market), while for the 3- and 4-hour tour, there is also the option of picking up at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). Tuk Tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of Tuk Tuks needed for the group. Minimum mandatory weight: 9 kg. In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded. The tour itinerary may vary if there are street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour. The Tuk Tuks do not have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items. This tour runs rain or shine. In winter, the Tuk Tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep you warm.
