Important Information

  • Book in advance to ensure entrance at your desired time.
  • Being an immersive experience, the time in each room is pre-defined, so every visit will take an estimated 1 hour and 40 minutes total. The experience does not allow interruption for exits and subsequent re-entry.
  • Children aged 4-5 can visit the center, but they are not allowed to enter the simulator platform.
  • There are three flights of stairs.
  • Access to the simulator platform is not recommended to people who are pregnant, with reduced mobility or any other health conditions susceptible to the simulator's movements, namely heart problems. However, the simulator room has an area that allows visitors to watch the entire earthquake recreation without entering the platform, allowing them to enjoy the surrounding environment, provided by the many special effects. In case of health conditions susceptible to special effects, such as photosensitive epilepsy, we do not recommend entering the room.
